Will not buy another phone over the internet. The other negative is that the phone tries to fall off of the receiver when you hang up from a call. We looked at Walmart and Best Buy with no luck. The battery compartment makes it a bit large. It is a bit hard to see in our kitchen nook. My assessment is that this price equals this quality of phone. Price was an issue as we did not want to spend too much and we did not want a cordless phone. It is a bit bulky though.

We plugged in a long cord and the weight must be too much for the small hook the receiver hangs on. It is made in China. We were looking for a wall phone with Caller ID and Call Waiting features. This phone has good sound quality. The Caller ID is not bright.

Caller ID works fine, phone sound quality is good. I just dropped it and broke it, and am buying another. A decent enough phone. It goes through batteries faster than I would like.

This is a great phone, but I ordered it twice in white and received black phones. Okay with me because it matched, but it may not make others happy.
